Information

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:

  2. Your personal data are collected and processed for the following purposes:
      • performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(b)
      • compliance with controller’s legal obligation – accounting, reporting, issuing invoices/receipts, making financial settlements with clients, managing complaints, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(c)
        • Accounting Act of 29 September 1994,
        • VAT Act of 11 March 2004,
        • Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights,
        • Civil Code Act of 23 April 2964
      • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller – pursuing claims for overdue payments in debt collection and court proceedings, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(f);
  3. You provide your personal data voluntarily and it is necessary to comply with the legal obligation and to perform a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps following the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. If you fail to provide your personal data, it will be impossible to:
      • comply with a legal obligation – issue an invoice / receipt, settle a purchase / sale or manage a claim. This may result in legal consequences;
      • conclude or perform a contract.
  4. Your personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the objective for which they were collected or for the period required by the provisions of the law (especially including the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 and the VAT Act of 11 March 2004). If there are no such provisions, personal data will be stored until the end of the calendar year after the year in which claims are barred by limitation or expire. In other cases, personal data will be stored no longer than 10 years from their last processing and they will be deleted by the end of the calendar year.
  5. Your personal data may be transferred to entities who process them at Data Controller’s order (e.g. companies servicing IT / ICT systems and applications in which your personal data are processed) and entities authorised to obtain them (e.g. Banks, Polish Post, delivery companies, legal advisors or lawyers, accounting firms, etc.)
  6. Data Controller does not transfer and does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country(outside the European Economic Area) or to international organisations.
  7. Data Controller does not have a Representative.
  8. Your personal data will not be subjected to an automated decision-making process, including profiling, unless it is accepted by the law which envisages appropriate safeguards for your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
  9. Within the scope stipulated in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Controller:
      • access to your personal data,
      • rectification and portability (transfer) of your personal data,
      • erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data,
      • withdraw your consent at any time; the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; moreover, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data.
  10. Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, against unlawful processing of personal data. Data Controller shall act with due diligence in order to ensure adequate security of your personal data.
