Firma WRS sp. z. o.o. uzyskała dotację z Unii Europejskiej na projekt "Wprowadzenie w produkcji meblarskiej rozwiązań zgodnych z założeniami Przemysłu 4.0".

Projekt realizujemy, aby wzmocnić potencjał i wprowadzić innowacyjne rozwiązania w przedsiębiorstwie.

W ramach planowanej inwestycji zasadniczej zmianie ulegnie proces produkcji elementów metalowych. Będzie to możliwe dzięki zakupowi lasera oraz oprogramowania do zarządzania.

Z projektu korzystać będą pracownicy, którzy uczestniczą w innowacyjnych procesach powstawania produktów i osoby zarządzające innowacjami w przedsiębiorstwie WRS sp. z o.o.

Efektem projektu będzie usprawnienie procesu produkcji elementów metalowych i zdalnego zarządzania procesem ich produkcji.

Your personal data are collected and processed for the following purposes:
1. performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(b)
2. compliance with controller’s legal obligation – accounting, reporting, issuing invoices/receipts, making financial settlements with clients, managing complaints, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(c)
3. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller - pursuing claims for overdue payments in debt collection and court proceedings, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(f);
You provide your personal data voluntarily and it is necessary to comply with the legal obligation and to perform a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps following the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. If you fail to provide your personal data, it will be impossible to:
1. comply with a legal obligation – issue an invoice / receipt, settle a purchase / sale or manage a claim. This may result in legal consequences;
2. conclude or perform a contract.
Your personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the objective for which they were collected or for the period required by the provisions of the law (especially including the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 and the VAT Act of 11 March 2004). If there are no such provisions, personal data will be stored until the end of the calendar year after the year in which claims are barred by limitation or expire. In other cases, personal data will be stored no longer than 10 years from their last processing and they will be deleted by the end of the calendar year.
Your personal data may be transferred to entities who process them at Data Controller’s order (e.g. companies servicing IT / ICT systems and applications in which your personal data are processed) and entities authorised to obtain them (e.g. Banks, Polish Post, delivery companies, legal advisors or lawyers, accounting firms, etc.)
Data Controller does not transfer and does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country(outside the European Economic Area) or to international organisations.
Data Controller does not have a Representative.
Your personal data will not be subjected to an automated decision-making process, including profiling, unless it is accepted by the law which envisages appropriate safeguards for your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
Within the scope stipulated in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Controller:
1. access to your personal data,
2. rectification and portability (transfer) of your personal data,
3. erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data,
4. withdraw your consent at any time; the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; moreover, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data.
Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, against unlawful processing of personal data. Data Controller shall act with due diligence in order to ensure adequate security of your personal data.

POLICY

Basic information

The operators of www.wrsinterior.com (“Website") is Wojciech Woliński running a business under the name of WRS Interior Solution Wojciech Woliński, holding the tax identification number: 8341131925, REGON: 750477030 ("Operator").
The Website gathers information about users and their behaviour in the following manner:
1. through information inserted into forms on a voluntary basis.
2. through saving cookies in end devices.
3. through gathering WWW server logs by the agency of a Hosting Operator of the Website.

Information in forms

The Website obtains information voluntarily provided by the user in forms available in the Website.
The Website may also save information on connection parameters, e.g. time spent in the Website or the user's IP.
The Operators make data obtained via forms available to third parties only upon the user's express consent.
Data entered into a form by the user constitutes a set of personal data and as such is subject to entry in the Register of Personal Data Filing Systems kept by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection according to the Act of 29 August 1997 on Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2135, as amended) - hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data Protection Act."
Data entered into a form by the user is processed solely for the purpose of that form (e.g. in order to perform the process of servicing application or commercial contact handling).
Data entered into forms may be handed over to entities rendering some technical services, including but not limited to entities being operators of Internet domains (most of all the Research and Academic Computer Network, research and development unit - "NASK"), entities handling payments and keeping accounts of the Operators or entities rendering mail and courier services.
Data provided in forms and gathered by the Operators may also be made available to competent state agencies upon their request based on the effective provisions of the law and to other persons and entities under circumstances provided for in the effective provisions of the law.

Personal Data Filing System

On the basis of the personal data voluntarily entered in the Website by the user via forms, a filing system of personal data of potential clients of Service Operators is created.
The controller of the personal data filing system as per Article 7, Section 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act are the Website Operators.
The personal data filing system has been submitted to the Register of Personal Data Filing Systems kept by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection as per the provisions of Chapter 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
The following personal data of users of the Website may be processed: full name, business name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address. The personal data processing as in the above sentence will be carried out only for the purposes resulting from a specific form through which the data has been provided to the Operators and for the purposes of promoting and commercial activities by the Operators.
The Operators use proper technical means and well prepared procedures and means of data management to protect data against making it available to unauthorised persons, unauthorised persons taking it and disclosing it to such persons as well as against illegal processing.
The Operators make every effort to maintain the correctness of data use and processing, particularly in accordance with the provisions included in the Personal Data Protection Act, Act of 18 July 2002 on Rendering Electronic Services (Journal of Laws, No 144, item 1204, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions to which personal data processing devices and IT systems are to conform (Journal of Laws, No. 100, item 1024).
Users are entitled to view their personal data, modify it and demand its removal, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Cookies

The website uses the so-called cookies.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
1. creation of statistics, which help understand how the users of the Service use websites, which in turn allows for improving their structure and content;
2. maintenance of the Website User session (upon logging) due to which the User does not have to provide the login and password on each subpage of the Website.
3. determination of the user’s profile in order to display adjusted materials in the advertising networks, especially the Google network.
Cookies are IT data, especially text files, that are stored in the end device of the Website User and are intended for use of the Website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the page the originate from, storage time in the end user and a unique number.
The entity placing the cookies in the end device of the Website User and gaining access to them is the Website operator.
There are two principal types of cookies used within the scope of the Website: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. Abstaining from modifying the settings of software used to browse the Website means that the user accepts the cookies used here according to Article 173, Section 2 of the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 243, as amended).
The cookies are stored in the end device of the Website User and can be used by the advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator. The Website may include links to other websites which pursue a privacy policy different from this Privacy Policy of the Website.

Server logs.

Information on certain user behaviours are logged in the server layer. The said data is used solely for the purpose of website administration and to provide the most efficient support for the provided hosting services.
The reviewed resources are identified by the URL addresses. Moreover, the following can be subject to saving:
1. time of receipt of the enquiry,
2. time of sending the reply,
3. client’s station name - identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
4. information on errors occurring during the HTTP transaction,
5. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) - if transfer to the Website occurred through a hyperlink,
6. information on the user’s browser,
7. Information on the IP address.
The above data are not associated with particular persons browsing the Website.
The above data are used solely for the purpose of website administration.

Intellectual property rights

All materials placed on the Website (photographs, texts) are subject to protection pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyrights and related rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 666, as amended) - hereinafter: “Act on Copyright and Related Rights”, and they cannot be reproduced, copied, reprinted, processed or disseminated in any manner.
Further distribution of the materials placed on the Website is prohibited under Art. 25 section 1 point b) of the Act on Copyrights and Related Rights.
